ProfitSystem users may send SMS and Voice messages in multiple ways.
1) Via eMail. Requires the shop user to acquire the customer's cell service provider. There are no marketing or volume restrictions using this method. SMS are sent as Emails to the customer's phone, but are received as a SMS message on the phone.
2) Standard SMS. The shop is not required to capture the customer's cell phone service provider. There are marketing and volume controls on this method. The standard BBL Service includes 300 monthly SMS/Voice messages (more may be purchased for a monthly fee). Typical long number SMS messages may be transactional and personal in nature. No marketing SMS messages are required via long number. Short number SMS messages may be used for marketing. See the ProfitSystem help system for details on how to use.
To activate more monthly messages above the 300 quota, simply purchase the number you will need by using the below links. Once the order is processed you may need to update your license. A license code would be emailed to you and you would apply the license code to your system.

Help-> Unlock -> using upgrade key via internet

Click OK.
Then exit system and restart, go to Help-> About-> System Info -> SMS/Voice sent ______ quota _______. There should always be a value in these two fields. If one is blank let us know so we may provide a different license code.
