1 year warranty.  Cross-ship/Swap-out replacement of failed equipment.   The Rocket Profit Server is a dedicated server for ProfitSystem allowing BBL to insure optimum performance and stability, unless a “customer” server has been purchased..

Support covers any printers purchase through BBL only.  BBL will assist in ZEBRA printer configuration.  Print Servers with installation support for printers are offered by BBL.

Optional system service agreement available after one year warranty expires for additional service.

Terms:  14 day Satisfaction guarantee from date of receipt, May send back components for refund if unhappy for any reason .  Customer is responsible for shipping expenses.  Products must be returned within 14 days in original un-damaged condition & packaging, otherwise a minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund.

Server will ship when configured.  A questionnaire will be emailed upon acceptance to allow BBL compete the server configuration.
